Widely known as CIPL at Shahada , was engaged in the manufacturing of Metanilic acid in 1989. Due to the heavy demand of Metanilic acid, Resist Salt and Dyes intermediate CIPL came into existence. This venture mostly dealt in Chemicals manufacturing and Paint auxiliaries.

CATPL
Looking at the disadvantages of exclusive use of chemical fertilizers and the strict norms for pesticide residues, Our Group realized the importance of utilizing eco-friendly organic products for agriculture inputs. CATPL is currently such a Manufacturer & Supplier of organic products like Neem Oil (Kernel Cold Pressed ) , Neem Oil Based Insecticides ,Karanja/Pongamia Oil, Azadirachtin Technical.
2006
SATPL
After the successful launch of CATPL, Our group successfully diversified into STARCH Industry under the banner of satpl at Shahada itself. SATPL is a leading manufacturer of Tamarind Kernel Powder, Gaur Gum, Sodium Carboxy Methyl Tamarind (CMT), Carboxymethyl Starch (CMS). These starch based products are widely used in Hydraulic Fracturing Process, Sizing of Jute Yarn, Cotton Warp, Polyester,Paper & Explosive Industry as a Viscosity Builder. The main objective behind starting SATPL was to enter into Tamarind Business which has a lot of advantages and can be easily used in Textile as well as Food industry.

SCPL
In the Year 2021 ,Our Group set up A new state of art facility to cater Food Industry, Nutraceutical industry and cosmetic industry under the banner of SCPL. We are manufacturing eco-friendly Enzymes & Yeast for an array of industries like Distillery, Sugar, Brewery, Starch, Wine, Malt, Wastewater Treatment, Food, Animal Feed ,Cellulosic Ethanol, Biodiesel, Pharmaceuticals, Detergent, Pulp & Paper, Textile.

To cater the demand of natural and organic raw material from cosmetics/personal care, food, pharma & agriculture industries Aviral Bioscience came into existence. Also to make the future sustainable we are having a policy to help the poor villages/farmers (Especially tribal women) by purchasing the seed/kernel directly from them. We encourage and motivate these poor villagers/farmers to collect seeds for their lively hood.
